Ingredients
- Ginger (cut into matchsticks)
- 1 Egg
Directions:
- Peel and cut ginger into matchsticks.
- Heat up some oil in a wok, add in ginger and stir-fry till fragrant.
- Crack the egg into the wok and continue stirring until egg is cooked.
- You may also add in a teaspoon of sugar if you have yellow phlegm.
