Ingredients

  • Ginger (cut into matchsticks)
  • 1 Egg

Directions:

  1. Peel and cut ginger into matchsticks.
  2. Heat up some oil in a wok, add in ginger and stir-fry till fragrant.
  3. Crack the egg into the wok and continue stirring until egg is cooked.
  4. You may also add in a teaspoon of sugar if you have yellow phlegm.
