Ingredients:

  • Lemongrass– 4 stalks
  • Ginger– 4 slices
  • Burdock seeds– 6g
  • Platycodon roots – 6g
  • Rhizoma pleionis – 6g
  • Chinese mugwort – 6g
  • Chenpi – 8g
  • Licorice root – 6g

Directions:

  1. Wash and rinse everything (except lemongrass and ginger) in room-temperature water.
  2. Cut the lemongrass into strips and ginger into slices. Put them into a pot with the other ingredients.
  3. Add in 1,200ml of water and boil on high heat.
  4. Reduce to low heat, continue simmering for 30 minutes. Serve.
