Ingredients:
- Lemongrass– 4 stalks
- Ginger– 4 slices
- Burdock seeds– 6g
- Platycodon roots – 6g
- Rhizoma pleionis – 6g
- Chinese mugwort – 6g
- Chenpi – 8g
- Licorice root – 6g
Directions:
- Wash and rinse everything (except lemongrass and ginger) in room-temperature water.
- Cut the lemongrass into strips and ginger into slices. Put them into a pot with the other ingredients.
- Add in 1,200ml of water and boil on high heat.
- Reduce to low heat, continue simmering for 30 minutes. Serve.
