Ingredients:
- 1 egg at room temperature
- Sesame oil
Directions:
- Rinse and warm a bowl with some boiling water. Pour out the water. Crack the egg into the bowl.
- Add 300 ml of boiling water into the bowl while whisking the egg.
- Add in a drop of sesame oil and serve.
