Ingredients:

  • 1 egg at room temperature
  • Sesame oil

Directions:

  1. Rinse and warm a bowl with some boiling water. Pour out the water. Crack the egg into the bowl.
  2. Add 300 ml of boiling water into the bowl while whisking the egg.
  3. Add in a drop of sesame oil and serve.
