Ingredients:

  • 1  Chinese radish
  • 6  green onions(whites, with roots)

Directions:

  1. Clean, peel and cut the radish into small pieces and set aside.
  2. Clean and cut the green onion whites; set aside.
  3. Put 3 bowls of water in a pot and add in the radish pieces; bring to a boil on high heat and add in the green onion whites.
  4. Reduce heat and continue simmering until there is one bowl of soup left in the pot. Serve warm.
