With a grateful heart, a repentant heart repent all your sins and be thankful for all good things you have. Do this and your heart and body will become soft. That is what I was taught and what I advocate. Be grateful to the people who gave birth to and raised us, including your adoptive parents. Don’t forget those who have taught you and helped you.
Gratitude makes you more beautiful. You will become good-tempered. You will have brighter eyes, a sweeter voice and smoother skin. The longer legs you have been dreaming of are no longer just a dream. With gratitude, this is possible. Your skin will look healthier, too. Gratitude will banish the indifference you once had. Just as a fresh breeze blows away the dark clouds in the sky. Being grateful is important.
Gratitude and repentance are quite similar. Repent all your sins and the wrongs you have committed. Be grateful and you will realize how much you are loved and how much you are surrounded by happiness. Remember how much help you have received in times of distress. You can never repay the debt of your birth and the debt incurred in the raising of you.
Gratitude makes you human; you are not soulless. It is what makes you beautiful and energetic. The stiff parts of your body will become flexible. You will feel happy and relaxed.
