Who Is Yellow Jambhala, the God of Wealth?
Yellow Jambhala appeared as early as the ancient Zhangzhung period of Tibet. Throughout his very long history, he has been deeply revered by Tibetans. In Tibetan, he is called “Dzambhala.” He is not only the God of Wealth in Tibetan legend, but also the Northern Heavenly King (Vaishravana), one of the Four Heavenly Kings in Buddhism.
