At the age of 23, she began suffering from hemorrhoids. As a hair stylist, she found that her health was stressed by occupational hazards, namely standing for long hours and irregular mealtimes. She eventually also developed gastritis.
Then, fortune smiled upon her. In only three months, she was free of the hemorrhoid problem which had troubled her for 24 years, as well as the gastric pain which had caused years of suffering. Watch this video and find out how she rediscovered her beauty and health.
I had hemorrhoids back in 1990. I was only 23 years old at that time. I am a hairdresser. I work long hours. Basically, my work requires me to stand for 5-6 hours. When it gets busy, I stand for around 8-10 hours. I used to eat at irregular times. If I didn’t drink enough water, my hemorrhoids flared up. There’d be blood in the toilet when I defecated.
If I stood for a long time, I bled even more. Those flare-ups kind of pulled my spine and my sciatic nerve, and it hurt a lot. I had to walk with my legs apart, which looks bad. But I had to look good for my job. So I endured the pain and walked normally.
The year I got hemorrhoids, I also got gastritis. I ate at irregular times. I couldn’t eat a lot of cold food, or hard-to-digest food. When my stomach started to hurt, my whole body cramped up. My body would curl up. The painkillers didn’t help; I felt so weak that I had to lie in bed.

I found out about Energy Bagua at the end of 2014. After practicing for about 3 months, I noticed that my hemorrhoids had stopped flaring up. I was even able to walk normally. Later, the issue healed without my noticing. During busy periods, although I’ve gone without eating, or I’ve eaten some cold food, as well as hard-to-digest food, I haven’t experienced any stomach pain for the past 7 years.
At first, I had to wear a jacket when I practiced. But 3 months later, I no longer needed to wear a jacket, and I felt very warm. I had to change my clothes because after I’d been practicing, my clothes would be soaked. I didn’t need a jacket even in air-conditioned places. When shaking hands with me, nobody said my hands were cold.
After I’d practiced for 3 months, my hemorrhoids of 24 years had been resolved, and my stomach pain too. My friends said I looked healthier and younger. Energy Bagua has really made me more beautiful and younger too. In these 7 years, I’ve seen others who have benefited. I now know the happiness of regaining health and joy.
