Ingredients:
- 3 baby Napa cabbages, or Napa cabbage hearts(about 400g)
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- Light soy sauce
Steps:
- Cut baby Napa cabbages in half twice and cut into 4 sections.
- Wash the cut cabbage and steam for 12 minutes.
- Mince the garlic and drizzle with hot oil.
- Add a small amount of soy sauce to the garlic oil to make a dressing.
- Remove baby cabbage from steamer, place on a plate and flavor with garlic soy dressing.
