Ingredients:

  • 3 baby Napa cabbages, or Napa cabbage hearts(about 400g)
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • Light soy sauce

Steps:

  1. Cut baby Napa cabbages in half twice and cut into 4 sections.
  2. Wash the cut cabbage and steam for 12 minutes.
  3. Mince the garlic and drizzle with hot oil.
  4. Add a small amount of soy sauce to the garlic oil to make a dressing.
  5. Remove baby cabbage from steamer, place on a plate and flavor with garlic soy dressing.
