Ingredients:

  • Brown sugar– 20g
  • Raw ginger slices–3
  • Green onion whites – 4 stalks (with roots on)

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients in a pot, add 500 ml of water and bring to a boil on high heat.
  2. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, then turn off heat.
  3. Drink when the liquid has cooled down but is still warm.
