
Ingredients:
- Brown sugar– 20g
- Raw ginger slices–3
- Green onion whites – 4 stalks (with roots on)
Directions
- Put all ingredients in a pot, add 500 ml of water and bring to a boil on high heat.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, then turn off heat.
- Drink when the liquid has cooled down but is still warm.
