Bodhi Turmeric Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • One whole apple (cut)
  • Plain yogurt: 250 g
  • Turmeric powder: 5 g
  • Lemon juice: 5 ml
  • Water: 15 ml
  • Black pepper powder to taste

Directions:

Peel the apple and cut into cubes. Place the cubed apple into a blender with the other ingredients. Blend everything and serve.
