Welcome to Master JinBodhi’s Wellness Seminar – Q&A On Parenting

(My child is academically-inclined, but is low-spirited and an introvert. Now he can’t communicate well with coworkers. Master, what do you think?)

Each person has a unique personality. Shy people struggle to interact with others. I hope you can practice expressing yourself.

Firstly, start by reading an article; read it out loud in front of a mirror. Like a poet, read with emotion, in an exaggerated manner. Watch your expressions in the mirror.

Secondly, interact with others; start with people you are familiar with. For example, interact with your classmates who are nice to you, or a neighbor’s kids. Learn to communicate with others. Because you are familiar with them, you will be calmer.

Thirdly, go to a close friends’ gathering, such as a birthday party, or a party thrown by friendly colleagues. Attending social events can help you improve your interpersonal skills, and make you happy.

Fourthly, if you are a student, raise your hand actively to answer the teacher’s questions. Your teacher will be happy to see that.

Improve yourself through various methods. This will help you in your career and life.

Let’s cultivate our minds, live healthily and never stop learning.
