(Master, I often have acid reflux which causes insomnia. It affects my work and makes me grumpy. Is there a way to improve my problem?)

Many people have gastric problems. Such problems come with modernization. It could be our way of living and our eating habits.

I do have some solutions for acid reflux. One of the simplest remedies is to eat toasted bun slices. This bun is made of plain wheat flour. No milk, sugar or other additives. Just plain steamed bun slices. The thickness should be less than 1cm. Toast it directly on a stove. I have toasted buns on gas, wood fire, coal and electric stoves. We want them to be a bit burnt. You can also use an electric toaster. Just turn up the heat to get the bun slices burnt. Eat them while they are still warm. Just one or 2 slices. If you are thirsty, drink only warm water. Within 5 minutes your acid reflux will disappear.

People might think burnt food is inedible and could cause cancer. I am not sure who said these things. Because burnt food is carbonized, it deals with stomach acid. Carbonized food has an alkaline pH. It neutralizes stomach acid within 5 minutes.

Generally, we refer to reflux as excess stomach acid. Sufferers of excess stomach acid feel extreme pain. The symptoms are limb weakness, depression, and lack of creativity. It frustrates people who have no idea where it came from. It could be excess stomach acid, or just indigestion.

But if you don’t have stomach acid issues, eat fewer toasted bun slices. Too many of them can cause constipation. If you do, it helps to balance your pH level. This remedy has helped many people. You may consider giving it a try.
