Ingredients:

  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 of a lemon (do not peel)
  • 1 potato (steamed)
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 1/2 of an apple
  • a pinch of shredded ginger
  • 1 cup of yogurt(about 130g)
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 5 teaspoons honey
  • 100ml water(adjustable to get preferred consistency)

Directions:

  1. Slice the garlic and sauté with a bit of oil for 30 seconds.
  2. Cut up lemon, potato, celery, and apple into small pieces.
  3. Put everything in a blender; blend until smooth and serve.
