
Ingredients:
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 of a lemon (do not peel)
- 1 potato (steamed)
- 1 stalk of celery
- 1/2 of an apple
- a pinch of shredded ginger
- 1 cup of yogurt(about 130g)
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 5 teaspoons honey
- 100ml water(adjustable to get preferred consistency)
Directions:
- Slice the garlic and sauté with a bit of oil for 30 seconds.
- Cut up lemon, potato, celery, and apple into small pieces.
- Put everything in a blender; blend until smooth and serve.
