
Ingredients:
- Kale(or gai-lan) – 2 cups
- Blueberries – 1 cup
- Raw sweet potatoes – 2 slices(each slice about 1cm thick)
- Organic whole-milk yogurt – 1 cup
- Water – 1 cup
Method:
Wash kale/gai-lan and blueberries, peel the sweet potato and cut into slices; put everything in a blender, blend for 5 minutes and serve.

- Do not add too many blueberries because they are cooling in nature.
- It is better to blend raw kale, but if you need to, it’s fine to blanch the kale beforehand.

- Do not add ice; this smoothie should be consumed at room temperature.
- If you would like, add a squeeze of lemon juice from one slice of lemon for extra vitamin C.
