Fat-Burning Beauty Tea

Ingredients:

  • Dried mulberry leaf – 5g
  • Dried chrysanthemum buds (Flos Chrysanthemi)– 15 pieces
  • American ginseng – 3g
  • Dried hawthorn – 7g
  • Dried lotus leaf – 7g
  • Dried corn silk – 10g

Steps:

  1. Rinse all ingredients with water.
  2. Place them in a pot and add 6 bowls of water.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to medium.
  4. Simmer on medium heat and reduce tea to about 4 bowls (takes about 45 minutes) and serve.
