
Ingredients:
- Dried mulberry leaf – 5g
- Dried chrysanthemum buds (Flos Chrysanthemi)– 15 pieces
- American ginseng – 3g
- Dried hawthorn – 7g
- Dried lotus leaf – 7g
- Dried corn silk – 10g
Steps:
- Rinse all ingredients with water.
- Place them in a pot and add 6 bowls of water.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to medium.
- Simmer on medium heat and reduce tea to about 4 bowls (takes about 45 minutes) and serve.
