Upon getting up in the morning, drink a cup of water; it is advice for those who want to lose weight. There are 3 factors that may lead to obesity: overeating, constipation and lack of exercise. Drinking a cup of water upon rising promotes bowel movements.
When drinking water, pay heed to particular details. If you are constipated, drink a cup of water before every meal to lubricate your intestines. Add some salt to your water if your constipation is really bad. A little salt will do. One to 2 drops of sesame oil helps too. So, add salt and sesame oil to warm water and drink it. It promotes bowel movements.
Try it if you want to lose weight or have severe constipation. This method does you no harm. Drink it 30 minutes before your meal. Drinking one cup of water is enough.
