That year, suddenly, I began bleeding heavily at work. After a health checkup, the doctor told me, “You have a big uterine fibroid.”
I was scared. He said that the fibroid was about 12 cm, like this. If it kept bleeding, it would have to be removed, together with the uterus. It felt like the end of the world when I heard that.
