Frequent chanting brings peace and tranquility to the soul. If we chant for the
deceased, we connect with the Earth Store Bodhisattva, who then blesses and
saves those departed souls from the evil realms.
Grandmaster JinBodhi chanted The Earth Store Bodhisattva’s Heart Mantra: “Om,
hahaha, vismaye, svaha.”
“‘I vow to become a buddha only after I empty hell.’ I was deeply moved by the
vow of the Earth Store Bodhisattva to save all sentient beings. Please join me in
chanting sincerely to pray to the Earth Store Bodhisattva, that he shall protect us,
eliminate karma and obstacles, as well as increase our fortune and longevity. Let
us also pray for our deceased relatives to be free of the evil realms and remain
pure and auspicious forever.” — Grandmaster JinBodhi
