With the globalization of Western food culture, coffee has naturally entered our daily diet. Coffee is a popular beverage among the young. We all know coffee contains caffeine. It makes you excited and accelerates blood flow and heartrate. So, drinking coffee on an empty stomach makes you feel excited and can make your heart race. It is very unsafe to do that.

Westerners have different constitutions and habits from us. Some of them have a cup of coffee before breakfast. Aside from being refreshing, this also cleanses the stomach. Coffee also has the function of encouraging smoother bowel movements. But this comes at a very high cost. If your physique is a bit weaker and your body feels frail, coffee could cause palpitations and discomfort. You won’t be able to drive or work.
