Based on my experience, pizzas and breads should be eaten while warm. And drink warm tea after eating, not cold drinks. Drinking tea helps our stomach digest easily. Tea can help dissolve fat. If you want to get rid of fat in your stomach and intestines, drink tea; drink hot pu’erh tea. If caffeine doesn’t bother you, English tea is good too. Teabags are also good.
Tea is good for fat burning. You can also use Chinese green tea, Tieguanyin, or other semifermented tealeaves. Pu’erh is the safest choice, especially after dinner.
