When her heart stenosis and arrhythmia attacked, You Lingxue felt as though a heavy stone was pressed against her heart. She had such difficulty breathing that she would bang her head against the wall. Despite all the money spent trying to treat her diseases, her condition did not improve.

Hello, everyone! My name is Lingxue. I am 64 years old.
In 2019, I started to feel chest tightness. My heart was beating rapidly; it was so uncomfortable. My daughter took me to a cardiologist. He found that I had arrhythmia and heart stenosis. When they attacked, my chest felt like it was being squeezed; I couldn’t breathe and had a rapid heartbeat. I didn’t know what to do. Sometimes, when that happened, I would bang my head against the wall. It is hard to describe. I would breathe heavily.
My neck was injured more than 10 years ago. We were fruit farmers. One day, my husband was removing the pesticides from the trees, and I was helping him out. The pear trees were short. I hit my head on a tree, causing my neck intense pain. My husband took me to an orthopedic specialist who found I had dislocated 2 segments. When my neck was in pain, I had to sit down and rest my head like this. I really didn’t know what to do. We had spent more than 1 million TWD, but I didn’t get any better.
I started practicing Energy Bagua on August 11, 2020. I have practiced for a year. My arm felt sore on the first day, and my heart felt uncomfortable. My sister told me to be patient and trust the process. After a week, my chest felt better; it didn’t feel as congested as before. I kept practicing and finally experienced a miracle one day. Every time we fertilized the soil, we would push the cart with fertilizers uphill. I was too weak for that, so it was always my husband’s job. But this time, I could push the cart uphill easily by myself. My husband was surprised. “Wow! But how?”
About a month after I started practicing Energy Bagua, my arrhythmia problem also got better. The doctor said that my medication dosage could be reduced. That is when I finally felt relieved and not worried anymore. My quality of life improved a lot. About 6 months later, I went back for my checkup and had an ultrasound. The doctor was surprised and asked, “Don’t you have stenosis? I can’t see it on your ultrasound. It had improved a lot.”
Also, after a year of practice, my neck problem was long gone. I said to my husband, “Do you realize that I don’t need to rest my neck like this as before? I haven’t complained about my neck pain for a long time.” He said, “Yes. You haven’t said that for a long time.” He realized Energy Bagua’s effects and started practicing with me.
Now, I work with my husband on the farm every day. I can help cut tree branches, and easily carry a big bunch of branches to burn. Anyway, now I can do what he does. Last year, I went to get a haircut before the New Year. My hairdresser told me, “Your hair is turning darker.” He showed me in the mirror and it was true: My white hair was turning black again. That is when I started to believe that Energy Bagua is indeed miraculous. It is truly effective.
