Li Meijing | Seoul, South Korea

Li Meijing suffered from rheumatoid arthritis for more than 10 years. Every step she took was agonizing, despite taking painkillers. However, Bodhi Meditation helps her regain her health, leave rheumatoid arthritis and joint pain behind, and improve her digestive and immune systems! Watch this video to discover her journey with Bodhi Meditation.

I’m Li Mei Jing from White Jade Bodhi Meditation Center in South Korea. I’ve had rheumatoid arthritis for 10 years. It mostly affects my legs which makes it hurts to walk normally. Each step felt like a piercing stab, causing me to tremble. My left leg needed surgery and my right leg couldn’t bend. I had to do warm-up exercises before getting out of bed in the morning. Simply put, every joint hurt.

To prevent the condition from escalating, I had to take medications to boost my immune system. But the pain couldn’t be solved even with painkillers. I became susceptible to colds due to the high dose of medication. Even though I wore many layers of clothing, I always felt cold. I also faced digestive issues—alternating between indigestion and diarrhea. I don’t know what to do.

One day in February 2018, I saw Grandmaster JinBodhi’s teaching on YouTube. When I heard that Bodhi Meditation could help with rheumatoid arthritis, I eagerly tried it. Since joining Bodhi Meditation, I have been chanting and practicing the Meditation of Greater Illumination every day. After 2-3 months, my body began to feel warmer. No more indigestion or diarrhea. I never catch a cold anymore.

In June 2018, I attended the Bodhi Meditation Health and Happiness Retreat. Since then, my body has stopped hurting and started to feel better. I can get out of bed easily in the morning. I can walk with ease. Even jumping is no big deal anymore. It’s a miracle.

Grandmaster shared a footbath recipe during a livestream last year. I tried it as soon as I saw it. Two months later, my foot no longer feels numb. My inflammation index went down from 10 to 2. The whole thing is incredible.

I feel incredibly fortunate to have discovered Grandmaster JinBodhi and Bodhi Meditation. Gratitude to Grandmaster.
