In May 2025, Bodhi Meditation Centers across the globe joyfully welcomed the sacred celebration of the Buddha’s birthday—the Bathing the Buddha Blessing Ceremony. Immersed in an atmosphere of peace and joy, global Bodhi Meditation Centers hosted a wide range of interesting activities. Under the compassionate vows and guidance of Grandmaster JinBodhi, participants experienced the wisdom and blessings of the Dharma through festive celebration.

Vancouver Bathing the Buddha Blessing Ceremony Fair: Blessed by Grandmaster JinBodhi, Cultivating Both Wisdom and Merit
The Vancouver Bodhi Meditation Center hosted a Bathing the Buddha Blessing Ceremony fair that blended sacred rituals with joyful interaction. Highlights included:
- The solemn Bathing the Buddha Blessing Ceremony
- A large thangka exhibit portraying the Buddha’s life
- The Peach Blossom Wishing Tree
- Fun games and creative workshops
These activities offered a rich experience of Buddhist culture and festive joy.
Grandmaster JinBodhi personally attended the event, bringing warmth and blessings to all. A massive thangka depicting the Buddha’s noble life—from birth to enlightenment and teaching—was displayed, showcasing his extraordinary journey. The sacred bathing the Buddha ritual was not just traditional—it was also a spiritual purification.
As Grandmaster often teaches:
“Bathing the Buddha is bathing yourself—cleansing inner dust to bring clarity and light to body and mind.”

During the event, Grandmaster JinBodhi offered one-on-one blessings and life guidance. Long lines formed as people sought advice on:
- Personal health
- Family hardships
- Prayers for their children
Grandmaster listened with compassion and offered blessings. Some attendees returned to share joyous news: new jobs, college admissions, family harmony. His kindness helped many to release worries and regain peace and happiness.
