Relax your body and mind. Remain calm and relaxed.

Next, it’s time for another energy blessing session. We suffer not only sickness, but also various health issues. I’ll begin by healing the head. You’ll see; after the healing, pain you’ve had could be gone immediately. For others, pain could disappear later. After the healing, the effects kick in after 1 or 2 days. How? Say, you’re unwell for a long time and finally get relief. This is possible.

Next, I’m going to use an apple. Everyone can see I have an apple. This is a big apple. This is not fake; it’s real. You heard it; I’m going to heal all of you by using an apple. Many might be skeptical about this, thinking about the logic behind it. Well, miracles are inexplicable using logic. This is what I’ll use to heal your headaches.

How about leg pain? All kinds of pain. You only need to do one thing: relax. And then, your pain shall be taken away. One more apple, please. The healing effects are more powerful today. I can feel it. Some people are now feeling relief from pain.

Can I have a potato? Here’s a potato. I use food for my healing. The

food I use is correlated with your internal organs. For example, your heart, lungs, liver, intestines, etc. It also deals with gynecological diseases and body aches. Yes, I always use food in my healing.

Alright. Now, I’m going to draw out your ailments. Specifically, I’m pulling them out, like pulling a string. If this is your first time, you might find what I do weird.

I’m now granting you some energy.

With this, your ailments shall disappear like smoke. Everything is so smooth today. There were times the papers just wouldn’t light. I guess the buddhas, bodhisattvas, as well as the deities, are with us today. Let’s continue burning the paper. Alright, please move it away.

After all the healing, by now, your ailments that have been troubling you should be gone, or relieved. This is good. This is the result I want. (Bodhi Meditation Closing Exercise)

Now, it’s time for our closing exercise. Rub your palms until they are warm. Glide your palms over your face from chin to forehead to cheek, without actually touching them.

Rub your palms until they are warm. Part your fingers and firmly comb your hair– from forehead to the back of the neck.

Rub your palms. Pat your entire body from top to bottom. Pat your head firmly with relaxed wrists. Do it calmly. Pat your left shoulder. Then pat your right shoulder.

Continue to pat your chest. Then pat your left armpit down to the side of your ribcage. Switch to the right. Pat your right armpit down to the side of your ribcage.

Next, pat your abdomen with relaxed hands. Please, stand up slowly. Pat down from the front of your thighs, knees, shins, ankles and tops of your feet.

Gently pat the lower back, down to the buttocks, down to the back of your thighs, calves, ankles and heels. Continue to pat the inside and outside of your legs. Start with your left leg. Relax your wrists, and pat with slight force. Then pat your right leg.

Continue to pat your arms. Start with your left arm. Then pat your right arm.

After patting your entire body, rub your palms. Gently massage your whole body without actually touching it. Visualize that you are gently sweeping away the dust and worries. You are becoming healthy and happy. At the same time think: “I am closing this meditation practice.”
