Hello, everyone! Happy Chinese New Year! I’m here to give you my sincerest wishes and warmest greetings. I wish you all good fortune and success in the New Year. I also wish you good health, happiness, family harmony, academic success, and auspiciousness in everything you do. Let’s hope that soon the pandemic will pass, and that everyone will return to normal conditions at work and in lifestyle.
In the New Year, I hope that fellow Bodhi practitioners do good deeds and accumulate merits, using compassion to connect with the Buddha and bodhisattvas. The more the world is in danger, the more the sincerity of our faith in self-cultivation will be tested. Warmth is most needed in cold times. We hope that Bodhi practitioners love this world, including your neighbors, your family and all sentient beings. Take action to embrace and love the world.
I’ve created a handwritten couplet for the New Year:
“The timely snow with fortune falls,
While spring breeze sends auspiciousness for all.”
I wish you prosperity, auspiciousness and success in the New Year.
